I purchased a full version. After two weeks still do not have a key to unlock the full version. Contacted TorsionSoft Technologies by means of the contact page trying to find out when or if I will receive a key to which there has been no response. I am very disappointed and considering contacting Paypal to get my money refunded. I also advised, in one of my mails to TorsionSoft Technologies, that I was aiming to use their software at a demonstration on 21st August - I have no option but to hopefully find, test and purchase other software before 21st August.
I love the way I can get the songs on my laptop, but I have one question for Bearshear. I can't download it to my ipod and evey time i pick a song it says "you have to purchase this song ". What can I do to download it?
